Orphans Court

Departments > Register & Recorder > Requirements > Orphans Court / Deed Recording / Marriage License

1. First and Final Accounts must be filed by the 10th of the month to be confirmed by the 4th Monday of the following month. Holidays will make confirmation dates change.
2. Our fees in Orphans Court are for one (1) petition and one (1) order, any additional petitions and or motions will require additional fees (adoptions are exception, a one time fee will cover all)
